For me, the price just felt higher than it should’ve been. The quality was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but when I looked at what I actually got, the value didn’t quite make sense to me...

I tried reaching out about my order it was frustrating. It took foreverrr to get replies, and when they finally did answer, it still didn’t really explain much. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. Definitely not the kind of communication I was expecting.

I ordered some parts from LFD Offroad, and everything did arrive in good shape with the correct items. Shipping was just slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which made me a little uneasy. I ended up checking the order info and keeping the confirmation handy just in case, but thankfully there were no real issues. Nothing was damaged, so overall it was fine — I just wish the shipping had been a bit faster and more transparent.

It held up alright through a couple of storms, ngl, but I did notice some rust starting to show after that. Not a total dealbreaker, but def not perfect

I had an issue that was covered under warranty, and to be fair, they did eventually get it sorted out. It just took longer than I expected, and the communication wasn’t very consistent. A couple times I felt like I was being brushed off or not really taken seriously, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt average overall

At first it looked fine, but the powder coat started chipping way sooner than I expected and it looked rough fast. I was also left feeling a bit in the dark about what to do next or whether this was normal. Overall, not too happy with the experience

The site showed the parts listed, but when I actually went to get what I needed, none of it was available. Kinda frustrating tbh.

I was a little surprised when my order showed up. The parts themselves seem like they’ll probably do the job, but the box had barely any padding and everything was just kind of bouncing around loose. A couple corners were banged up and some pieces already had scratches right out of the box. I know it’s offroad stuff, so I’m not expecting it to look like fine china, but I still expected better protection during shipping. Not a total disaster, but definitely annoying after waiting for it to arrive.

I wasn’t happy with this order. The site itself was fine enough, so I kind of assumed the rest would be smooth too, but that wasn’t really the case. I wouldn’t order from them again...

Overall, the website does the job, but I did find myself poking around longer than I expected just to find a few things?? The menus are usable, but on mobile they’re not the clearest. Checkout was straightforward though, so that part was nice. I think with a little cleanup, the whole experience would feel a lot smoother.

I ordered a part from LFD Offroad because, based on what I saw on the site, it looked like it would fit my truck. Very calmly, of course, I got everything ready to install it, only to find out halfway through that it didn’t line up the way it was supposed to.

Customer service did get back to me, so that was fine, but the whole situation still ate up time I didn’t really plan on losing. Maybe it works for certain trims or setups, but the compatibility info really needs to be clearer. I wouldn’t say it was a disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t order again without calling first.

I tried it out on a trail and didn’t feel too confident with how it handled. It seemed okay at first, but once the terrain got rougher, it just didn’t hold up the way I expected. I’m cautious about gear when I’m off-road, so I didn’t want to push it too far and risk getting stuck or damaging anything...

The parts themselves seemed fine, but getting everything installed was a pain. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I ended up having to backtrack and redo a couple things. It took way longer than I thought it would. It also kind of had that “no real person there” feeling, like if you got stuck, you were just on your own. Probably okay if you know what you’re doing, but it wasn’t great for me.

I ordered these thinking it would be a straightforward bolt-on job, but once I opened everything up, the welds didn’t look as clean as I expected. A few areas had way too much bead, some spots looked a little undercut, and the overall finish just felt uneven.
The fitment was also slightly off, so I ended up spending more time adjusting things than I had planned. I was kind of feeling pressured to just make it work because I needed the parts installed, but for the price, I really expected better fabrication.
Customer service was fine and they weren’t rude or anything, but the actual quality didn’t give me a lot of confidence. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t call it a clean or easy install

The site technically works, so credit where it’s due. Pages load okay on my phone, but actually trying to find anything feels like entering the Great Menu Labyrinth. Stuff is tucked away in weird spots, and the navigation has strong “Confusion Department” energy. It gets the job done, just in a clunky, mildly annoying way

I don’t know, I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid, but it comes across kind of cheaply made. Like, it works, but the build quality was disappointing once I actually had it in hand.

I ordered one kit, but when I opened the box, it had completely different parts in it. I felt a bit embarrassed because I’d already told someone I had the right stuff ready to go. Then it took days to hear back from customer service, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not really impressed with the experience.

I ordered this rack because it said it would fit my Tacoma, but the holes didn’t line up right at all. I ended up having to drill and mess around with it way more than I should have, which was ridiculous. Support was okay and tried to help, but the whole thing was just annoying.
